3.  If the Wiki doesn't suffice, a frequently used and effective solution is to Google your question and see what the Lustre mailing lists have discussed on that topic.  There are many years of Lustre mailing list archives, and it's quite likely that your question has been asked before.


4.  If Googling the mailing list archives doesn't answer your question, you can get in touch with the Lustre developers directly (and for free) using the High Performance Data Division (HPDD) mailing list.  As the core of Lustre is vast, nobody knows the entire scope in detail, but Intel HPDD does have a very active mailing list; participants include the Lustre Developers as well as the Lustre Architects and Administrators throughout the Lustre Community.  More often than not, the mailing list is the best way to get answers to Lustre questions.
