Allows the MDS to verify the consistency of a Lustre filesystem while it is mounted and in use, mow including the ability to check and repair DNE remote and distributed directories are valid.

|Multiple Metadata RPCs per client|
Multiple Metadata RPCs Support of multiple metadata modifications per client (in last_rcvd file) to improve the multi-threaded metadata performance of a single client. This work was contributed by Atos.
